Ian Cartwright FBIPP, MQEP from Cheadle Hulme is one of the highest qualified photographers in the UK and has won many national photographic competitions. He started as an advertising and commercial photographer but now specialises as a social photographer. Tonight Ian show us hot to shoot low-cost underwater photography in swimming pools.
